Ready in 15 minutes
• 6 Large Scallops
• 3 Tbsp lemon juice
• 6-8 Large, raw prawns, peeled
• 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
• Flour for dusting
• Salt & Pepper
• 3 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
• ½ Cup Cream
Season the scallops & prawns with a little salt & pepper and dust them lightly with flour, shaking off the excess. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a high heat and add the scallops & prawns.
Reduce the heat to medium-high and cook for 1 minutes, turn the scallops & prawns and add the garlic and basil. Cook for a further 2 minutes until the scallops are golden add the cream and simmer for a further minute.
Sprinkle over the lemon juice and serve immediately.
