Seafood Green Curry
Ready in 15 minutes
• 1 tbsp Green Curry Paste (can be more or less depending on how hot you like it)
• 1 Can Coconut Cream
• 2 tsp Sugar
• Green Beans
• Fresh Basil
• 2 kaffir lime leaves (Optional)
• Around 500g of Fresh Fish Fillet (Ling, Trevally or similar) or prawn meat
Mix green curry paste and coconut cream in a fry pan along with kaffir lime leaves and heat for around 5 mins to ensure curry paste is cooked.
Add sugar and green beans along with the seafood and cook for around 5 minutes,
About 1 min from the end add the fresh basil.
Serve on a bed of rice and enjoy!
